Privacy Policy

Account information: your email address, the name you give us during onboarding, and your age.

Content you create: outcome goals, commitments, daily entries, reviews, self-grades, focus-session logs, and any notes you add.

Usage data: limited analytics about how you interact with the app (events such as a submitted review), and device/audit metadata automatically collected by the platform.

Payment data: subscription purchases are processed by Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). We store a record of your purchase and plan status; card numbers and full payment credentials are handled by the payment processor and are never stored by us.

We use your information to operate the Service — to save and display your goals, commitments, and grades; to send the email reminders you opt into; to generate your reports and scores; to process payments and grant access to features you paid for; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to provide support you request.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use N10CT LIFE. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you also confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to this policy on your behalf.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help run the app — such as the hosting platform and the payment processor (Base44 Payments / Wix) — and only as needed to provide the Service, comply with the law, or protect our rights. These providers are bound by their own privacy obligations.

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings, after which we remove your records within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

You can view, export, and delete your data from within the app (see Settings). You may also request correction of inaccurate data or a copy of your information by contacting us through the app.

N10CT LIFE is a self-improvement and productivity tool. It is not a medical, psychological, financial, or legal service. Nothing in the Service constitutes professional advice or a diagnosis. Any scores, grades, or feedback it produces are informational and based on the data you enter yourself; they are not evaluations by a qualified professional. Always consult a qualified professional for matters concerning your health, finances, or legal situation.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, N10CT LIFE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or results you may obtain from using the Service. Your results depend entirely on your own effort and conduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, N10CT LIFE and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will note the new "Effective" date above and, for material changes, make a reasonable effort to notify you within the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
