Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase. The refund covers the first payment of a new subscription only. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation turns off auto-renewal, so you keep access until the end of the current billing period, then it ends naturally — no further charges are made.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period once the 7-day guarantee window has passed. To avoid future charges, cancel before your next renewal date.

The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to the first payment of an annual plan. Once that window passes, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, though you retain access through the end of the paid year.

To cancel: use the cancel option in your payment account or contact us through the in-app Settings page. To request a 7-day refund: contact us through the in-app Settings page within 7 days of your initial purchase, including your account email and the receipt.

Initiating a chargeback for a valid payment may result in suspension of your account. We may dispute chargebacks we believe to be erroneous or fraudulent.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will note the new effective date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
